This position will be instrumental in optimizing conversion, transactions and customer satisfaction on Chase's digital experiences. The primary focus for this position is the platform development for A/B and Multivariate testing looking across all content, testing and analytics tooling to ensure that product teams are supported to integrate testing into their development lifecycles. This position will work collaboratively with the line of business teams, analytics teams, technology teams and all Digital disciplines including Legal and Compliance. The candidate must possess in-depth experience managing optimization on websites and apps as well as experience with Agile software development methodology. The candidate will also need very strong analytical, collaboration, presentation and partnership-building skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as Product Lead for the advancement of the digital experimentation platform capability with primary focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Target, Analytics, Audience Manager).
  • Actively work with project stakeholders to shape up technical requirements and solutions.
  • Ensures the platform supports execution of tests and analysis of results to surface consumer insights and inform future test plans and feature rollouts.
  • Integrate Adobe Target into AEM solutions, deliver and maintain them in Production.
  • Apply your experience of working with front-end user interface technologies to identify gaps in capability for platform enhancements.
  • Partner with optimization leads to understand A/B and Multivariate test plans and convey business needs to development team for platform enhancements.
  • Participate in feasibility discussions with internal stakeholders and serve as subject matter expert for what capabilities exist in the platform to support the business needs.
  • Interprets data analyses and competitive insights to identify, understand and support business opportunities.
  • Consults with cross-functional teams to identify, define, size, and prioritize enhancements to experimentation/optimization platform.
  • Leverages excellent listening, facilitation, and organizational skills, and the ability to lead people within a complex environment.

Education and Experience

  • Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results working with other teams, plus the ability to build strong relationships.
  • You have experience designing solutions and integrating multiple Adobe Marketing Cloud products into a holistic customer-tailored solution, which should include at least two of these: Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEM Screens. (If you have passed Multi-Solution Developer or Architect training it is a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.
  • In-depth experience with agile methodologies and continuous delivery.
  • Excellent data visualization skills to be able to determine the appropriate visualization for a variety of data types and create compelling stories with data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
  • Expertise in experiment design for conversion optimization is strongly preferred
  • Confidence in presenting strategy and receiving feedback from senior leaders
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative
